تعلن شركة امنية للاتصالات في الاردن عن حاجتها الى :

Civil Construction Supervisor

>

1.Job purpose

Supervise the civil construction activities related to cell sites, MSCs, company premises & main buildings, shops...etc. He/She is also responsible to supervise the site acquisition activities and processes related to cell sites, and lead the site acquisition teams. 

2. The job entails exposure to:

Planning and Managing cell sites construction

• Supervise construction process for cell sites: 

1. Survey 
2. Prepare drawings 
3. Mobilization and load study 
4. Construction process 
5. Acceptance and documentation 

• Supervise construction process for civil projects 
• Manage Quality assurance for projects and supervise the quantity surveying for the installed materials 
• Follow-up pending issues with contractors such as invoices settlement, as-built, work schedules...etc. 
• Upon end of each phase/project submit related reports 
• Manage any optimization requests or problem solving for exercising cell sites 
• Correspondence with Administration and Engineering on all health and safety aspects in Umniah 
• Provide detailed reports along with corrective action in H&S aspects pertaining to compliance of contractors and Third parties with Umniah’s roles and policies 

 

Planning and Managing company buildings & shops projects (Structural Designs, BOQs, Tendering & Evaluating)

• Supervising construction process for civil projects including: 

1. Survey 
2. Design processPrepare drawings 
3. Tendering 
4. Acceptance and documentation 
5. Construction process 

• Manage Quality assurance for projects and supervise the quantity surveying for the installed materials 
• Follow-up pending issues with contractors such as invoices settlement, as-built, work schedules...etc. 
• Handle any unexpected issues related to the project after operating 

3. Requirements    

  

Education:   Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication/Electrical Engineering/Civil Engineering or any related field. 

Work Experience: 8-12 years with related experience 

Cetificates: PMP certified is preferred, JEA Certification 

Knowledge Of:

• GSM/WIMAX/Wireless telecom elements 
• Service Provider Network architecture 
• Telecom Energy aspects 
• Local contractors capacities 
• Sites Construction and Acquisition Techniques 
• GSM network Acquisition & Construction 

Skills In: 

  

• Project Management: Project Planning Tracking, Resource Allocation and Budgeting, Project Reporting, Issue Resolution. 
• Network Installation and Provisioning: Network Equipment Installation and Configuration, Network Equipment Maintenance. 
• Network Quality Management: Network quality assurance processes and procedures, Service quality assurance processes and procedures, Network quality standards and benchmarks, Service quality standards and benchmarks. 
• Network Performance Management: Performance management tools, Network Performance optimization, Performance Management process, Service Performance Optimization 
• Network Fault Management: Fault management tools and systems, Fault analysis and correlation techniques, Disaster recovery and contingency planning 
• Risk Management. Risk assessment techniques, Mitigation techniques, Risk probability and estimation 
• Excellent command of English language speaking and writing 
• Excellent command of MS office\
