TransTec LLC is looking for Customer Relationship Officer to join its team.

Duties:
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and try to find best solution to meet their expectations.
• Ensure customer needs were met by delivering high quality service to the customer.
• Assign translation tasks to translators and following up on work results.
• Proofread the documents to ensure that a high quality delivered to the customer.
• Manage work schedules to meet deadlines.
• Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and procedures
• Maintain positive client relationships
• Monitor performance and implement improvements.
• Organize recruitment and placement of required staff.
• Record office expenditure and managing the budget.
• Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, languages or related field
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Adept problem solver and decision maker
• Excellent communicator both orally and written
• Detail-oriented
• Diligent and proactive
• Respectful of deadlines
