Complaints Data Entry Volunteer - ACTED Regional Office
Time Duration: 1 – 3 months
Working Hours: 4-8 hours per day
Transportation Allowance: No Transportation allowance will be given
Salary: 15 JDs per day

Job Purpose
The Data Entry contributes to improving the quality of ACTED programming through the accurate registration of the complaints in the complaint follow up database (COMPFU). The Data entry is the first point of contact for beneficiaries who need to raise complaints. Data entry responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records.
Objectives
- Ensure the registration of the Beneficiary Complaints in the database in a timely manner.
- Identify and raise inappropriate data, as relevant.
Responsibilities
- Register beneficiary/ Non beneficiary Complaints received by WhatsApp on complaint registration database (COMPFU).
- Respond to complaints objectively, accurately, using information provided by Accountability Assistant, Project Managers, AME Officers/Monitors, Area Coordinators, Technical Coordinators, project documents, FLAT documents and procedures, etc;
- Analyzing / verifying data received from districts.
- Check the integrity and non-repudiation of data.
- Ensure appropriate data entered into the database.
- Support accountability in combining data of multiple districts.
- Support in enhancement of system.
- Complete other related task as assigned by Accountability Assistant/Officer.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge in MS (Excel, work) database program.
- Should understand the flow of data from one form to another.
- Good communication skill, highly committed, dependable, strong ability to work independently and take initiatives, good interpersonal skill.
- Good command in typing in English, writing and speaking.
- Bachelor/ diploma degree in any field.
